With a focus on LGBTQIA+ youth facing trauma, we’re here to guide, support, and uplift those who feel alone. Our mission? To show that with understanding and help, anyone can climb the hill to a brighter future. By offering personal, educational, and professional development opportunities for LGBTQIA+ youth living in Oakland, CA to thrive.

We promote mentorship and social capital expansion by pairing LGBTQIA+ youth with culturally-competent mentors in the community to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
